Returns & Damages
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items in like new condition. Items must be mailed back to 405 Hwy 90 W. Castroville, Tex 78009. Remember to include the original mailing label or email and your name used on Facebook/Instagram. Once we receive the item, a store credit will be given to your account within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased. We are unable to cover shipping costs at this time.
If an item is damaged upon receiving, we ask that you kindly email us a picture to email@example.com and also a picture of the box it was shipped in.
Both UPS and USPS require us to provide the original box it was shipped in therefore, we will require the damaged item returned in the original box (packaged exactly as it was shipped). We will email a return shipping label for the damaged item. - once the return is approved by us.
You are our first priority and we will take care of it. Please know we take pride in packaging our items but sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping. We do our best to make sure this does not happen frequently.
