Come enjoy an evening of fun, creative socializing as you learn the art of candle-making. All sessions are personally lead by Kiki LoPachin, local owner of TRF, who has been perfecting her candle-making craft for over 20 years. In this beginner's class, we will teach you how to custom design your very own candle. No experience is necessary.
Class Fee: $65 Fee covers your place at our candle-making table, along with instructions, tools, and supplies needed to create one complete custom 3- hole sugar mold candle of your own. You will pour your own pure white soy wax candle, scented with phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Class Size: Class space is limited and there is a strict one participant/per fee policy.
Age Limit: For ages 8 and up. All children ages 8-12 must be accompanied by one adult. (Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the candle- making area.)
Class Time / Punctuality: Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to sign-in and get settled at the table. Classes run about 1-1/2 hours long. If you are going to be late, please call the shop and let us know. In order to keep the class running smoothly, late attendees may have to pick up at where the class is.
Picking Up Your Candle: Your custom candle will need to cure overnight at The Rusty Flame and will be ready for pick up the next business day. If your candle has not been picked up after one week, we will contact you for possible shipping information. Please note, that standard shipping fees will apply and must be paid before your candle can be shipped.
Food / Drinks: Feel free to bring a beverage or a snack with you to class. Beer and/or wine are permitted, however, you must have proof that you are at least 21 years of age.
